Infernal Devices

Infernal Devices - K.W. Jeter I'd probably give it 3.5 stars - the ideas and theories presented in the novel is really quite fascinating and, of course, to be reading one of the first steampunk novels is a great thing. The Victorian-esque style of writing took a while to adjust to, but it was really done well.I have the 2011 version and I must say, the typos are HORRENDOUS. They are all over the place, and especially consist of oddly-placed punctuation. The cover is beautiful, but if what I hear is correct, do yourself a favor and pick up the original!Overall, it's a nice addition for a steampunk reader.
